Leonard Chari has over 20 years’ experience serving homeless populations in Fairfax and Arlington Counties. As the PathForward Vice President of Operations, he has maintained a strong and consistent work culture through the growth of the organization to a premiere housing provider in Arlington County. In 2018 Leonard received an award from The Washington Executive Management for maintaining PathForward’s operational efficiencies even as the organization has undertaken this dramatic transformation. He has worked in various capacities in Government, Corporate and Non – profit organization spanning over 30 years. Leonard is passionate and is dedicated to ending homelessness in our community. Over the years has worked and collaborated with various partners in the community to increase the delivery of innovative housing solutions.
