Katie Nettles

Director of Events and Communications

Katie Nettles is the Director of Events and Communications at PathForward, where she combines her passion for storytelling, community building, and meaningful experiences to advance the organization’s mission of ending homelessness in Arlington. She leads PathForward’s fundraising events and communications strategy, helping connect supporters, partners, and advocates to the work of creating lasting housing solutions.

Before joining PathForward, Katie built a career creating memorable events and experiences through her work in the hospitality and events industry, including as a partner at Rosette Events and Assistant Director of Presidential Events at Georgetown University.

Outside of work, Katie channels her creativity into her Etsy shop, enjoys working on creative projects, and spends plenty of time with her dog, Tater Tot.
