Nursing services:

PathForward’s full-time nurse practitioner and registered nurse provide free medical care, follow-up care and prescriptions for people experiencing homelessness in Arlington at the Homeless Services Center (HSC).

Medical respite program:

If you are discharged from an area hospital but in need of additional recovery and have no home to go to, PathForward provides five private beds for 25 patients annually.

Mobile Medical Program

A team composed of a street outreach worker, nurse and if needed, a member from Arlington County Government’s Behavioral Health team bring essential medical services to anyone experiencing homelessness. These services include health screenings, wound care, medication and referrals to specialists.
