February is known for many things, but chief among them is the cold and, of course, Valentine’s Day. One is addressed by sleeping in a warm bed at night and the other by love. We hope you join us on Friday, February 11 at 9:00 am as we discuss what Home for the Heart means to the most vulnerable of your Arlington neighbors – those who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless.

The pandemic is only one of many threats to the health of people who often go years without addressing their health concerns. Additionally, we will share with you how the Homeless Services Center accommodates up to 90 people during hypothermia season as the temperatures plummet. You will also hear from Mr. Oliver, one of our clients, who will share his journey from a bench on Fairfax Drive to safe, warm, supportive housing.
