Sarita Rhodes-Vivour, MSN, RN, CCRN-K, NEA-BC

Sarita currently serves as the associate vice president of acute care nursing at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. In this role, she oversees the strategic operations and performance of the medical surgical, step-down, and ICU units at Virginia Hospital Center, providing leadership to 13 departments and over 500 full-time employees.

Her healthcare journey spans over 17 years, beginning as a staff critical care nurse at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL, and subsequently, The George Washington University Hospital, where she specialized in the intricate care of open-heart surgery patients and critically ill individuals. Sarita’s experience also includes a five-year tenure as the director of medical surgical nursing at The George Washington University Hospital.
