Naila Ahsan

Development Coordinator

Naila Ahsan is the Development Coordinator at PathForward, bringing over seven years of dedication to community service. Growing up in a developing country, Bangladesh, she was inspired to pursue nonprofit management very early on. A recent graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Management and Entrepreneurship in the social track, Naila is now completing her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at Columbia University. She has served as Project Manager at Relive Foundation, where she designed one of the most affordable reusable sanitary napkins in the world to manufacture. She has also served in the insurance industry for over two years at United States Liability Insurance. With expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, and donor management, Naila is passionate about helping others and empowering communities. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
