Alice Barrett Feeley
Alice has been a principal and senior vice president of Paradigm Management since its inception in 1991. Paradigm Management provides property management services for a portfolio of nearly 10,000 rental apartments (both market rate and affordable) in the Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland area. As senior vice president, Alice works extensively with the development and construction teams on the delivery of new projects, oversees the preparation of annual budgets, reviews marketing strategies, and communicates both operational and financial activities to owners.
A long-time resident of Arlington County, Alice actively supports the work of the many non-profit organizations that serve the local community. Alice previously served as a board member and president on the Board of the Community Housing Finance Corporation, board member (and current emeritus board member) on the Board of Doorways, and currently serves as past chair on the Board of the Animal Welfare League of Arlington.
Alice is a graduate of George Mason University’s School of Business and resides in Arlington with her husband, son, and rescue pup, Abby.
